# Ghoster Mail

> Ghoster Mail (https://ghostermail.com) is a temporary (disposable) email service for people, QA engineers and AI agents. Users create many real mailboxes on the @ghostermail.com domain at once (up to 60 in one click), receive and send email, and delete the mailboxes when they are no longer needed. With full access the same is available through a REST API and an MCP server.

## Key facts

- Type: web application (works in any modern browser on desktop and mobile), interface in 16 languages.
- Mailboxes: real inboxes on @ghostermail.com; up to 60 can be created in a single action.
- Mailboxes do not expire. Unlike typical temp mail services there is no 10-minute or 24-hour timer: a mailbox and its messages are kept until the owner deletes it.
- The full access limit (200) counts only mailboxes that exist at the same time. Users can delete any or all of them and create new ones with different names as many times as they need, e.g. for repeated sign-ups or test runs.
- Full email client: read HTML email and attachments, send, reply, forward, schedule sending, folders, several mailboxes in tabs.
- REST API (full access): create/delete mailboxes, list/read messages, send email, wait for incoming messages. Up to 3 API keys per account.
- MCP server for AI agents (full access): https://api.ghostermail.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.0 or API key). Tools: list_accounts, create_accounts, delete_accounts, list_messages, read_message, send_message, wait_for_message.
- Notifications about new email in Telegram, Discord and other messengers (full access).
- A free account is required so that mailboxes stay private to their owner.

## Pricing

- Free — $0: 20 mailboxes for receiving and sending email, up to 20 recipients per email, 50 outgoing emails per day, one-time deletion of mailboxes. No API, MCP or notifications.
- Full access — $4 per month: 200 mailboxes at the same time, unlimited deletion and re-creation, REST API (3 keys), MCP server, Telegram and Discord notifications, notes, up to 100 recipients per email, 1000 outgoing emails per day.

## Typical use cases

- Signing up for websites, forums and free trials without exposing a personal email address.
- Websites with a questionable reputation: get the file or code, then delete the mailbox.
- Repeated sign-ups: delete used mailboxes and create fresh addresses with different names.
- QA and test automation: a separate inbox per test run, verification of sign-up and password-reset emails via the API.
- AI agents and bots that need to pass email verification on their own (via MCP or the API).
- Keeping separate addresses for newsletters, marketplaces and projects in one dashboard.
